PBS told me they keep for 2 years, then drop off. -NorCal

You won't lose them. They will convert back to regular PTO. You still have them, they are just not earmarked as "sick PTO". Each year you have a set and finite amount of hours you will be able to use as sick PTO, whatever is not used rolls over to the next year as regular PTO. Capiche?
I was told unused sick pto hours (upto 24) will be lost at the end of the year... ask your STL or pbs
Unless you're in store leadership or beyond, everyone's PTO hours have rolled over each year and will roll over this year too.
