When will meat and seafood be combining ? Trying to hold out for a severance but not sure how much longer I can last

they are playing dumb. newport news is a combo team. Dayton, mason, lexington, combo teams. Allentown this summer: meat/seafood/bakery and prep foods all the same team. Four tls for the price of one!
I talked to my leads here - they are not aware of this. I know that many refereed to it here on this site but my store leader had no clue about it
