TMS is NOT for team members! Tip line does not do shit except give them an opportunity to cover up or sand bag the person that is trying to uphold ethics standards that Wfm vlaims to have. They are full of shit!!!!!!! No culture. All about harassment, promoting friends and zero accountability. There are two options: contact the media and unionize.
Team leaders hire only their buddies and promote only them. I see this on almost every team. And they get away with it. It's sick.

Well in one region down south, a certain fossil of an old man with a bald head is quick to hold other people accountable but he operates on a French Work week. He is quick to fire team members and promote from within his inner circle. What happened to retirement, I mean even the Egyptian mummies retired at some stage.
I'm way too paranoid to call that tipline. I feel like it's just something to give them a reason to fire me.
hey i'm not trolling but it won't help calling the tipline unless you have a STL with ethics. every time someone calls the tipline in our store our stl covers it and nothing changes. it's just time to leave.
Wow you just described my TL. She says she's at home making the schedule (for 11 poeple) and turns in 20 hours for this?? Leadership loves her though so nothing will happen. Sorry I hate to be negative but am feeling more and more every time I see this site that something downright rotten is finally being opened about the company. I'm not alone!
