Every guest that I've spoken with in the store about the loss of core values and standards has not been back. They agree and are shopping elsewhere. I consider it my obligation to give our guests the true WFM experience and will continue to do so.

I do my best to educate customers on what a terrible corporation WFM is and why they shouldn't shop there. CORE VALUES!
You're all idiots. Just quit the company and find something else if you are not happy. Things are changing and it's not in you're control. Get over it.. move on if you want change.

Be careful .....u could be talking to a secret shopper! Customers are smart.....they won't drink the kool aid or canola oil anymore.
To 196149: the whole country knows how messed up wf has become. Guests know what's going on when they must wait in longer checkout lines & can't get the same service as in the past. Their favorite employees are gone & the rest are praying to make it through another shift without getting canned. TM's faces show anxiety & nervousness, same with store leaders. Guests know things are changing for the worse. They KNOW already. They ask TM'S what has gone wrong. Guests are disturbed & concerned too. They ASK TM's what the hell happened to the way WF used to be. The bad news is already out & spreading like wildfires that can't be contained. Fires that mgmt started thenselves.
When you are off the clock, spread the truth. I do. Shoppers are under the illusion the place treats workers well. I no longer shop there, and I was a long time shopper. The whole thing has made me sick to my stomach. Not that I want my friends out of a job, but I now shop at the competition.
You should be careful doing that while on the clock. Not that I'm saying you're wrong for doing it, I just wouldn't want anyone to lose their job

You are speaking to guests in the store.....so they are still shopping as you badmouth where your paycheck comes from!
