Management should absolutely be held accountable for once. They can't hide things anymore.
Management at my store is abusive and vindictive, but there is absolutely nothing you can do about it.

Agreed, leaders set fine examples, by being productive, educating, and pitching in. The managers at my store do nothing but sit on their asses. They are like zombies walking around the store. I guess when you don't use it, you loose it. Soulless motherfucking robots.
Actually, if you've been reading the posts, we've quit calling them "leadership." They're just management to us now, although that's an insult to real managers everywhere.
