Ken and David were hired as global Vice Presidents at 838k a year both plus bonuses, yet the company is doing so much worse even with two people in new positions. Why doesn't Walter Robb get rid of them?

That's a good question. Yet another example of too many chiefs and not enough natives. Just put the top 3 regions in customer satisfaction and sales growth in charge of the other 9, and then one could put dozens of coordinators, regional presidents, vice presidents, under-assistant vice presidents to WORK. Give them each a freakin' price gun and a box cutter. As for those two overpaid do-nothings and all the other do-nothings, I propose an experiment: Have them go on a "test layoff" for 3 months. If nothing changes, or things actually IMPROVE, then they weren't needed in the first place.
Seriously such wasted positions and waste of capital!! Lennon heads the "Healthy Eating and Wellness Club" lolol what a crock!! A 7 member executive team??? Screw these dinks, all my hard work and sacrifices wasted for these wastes of $$$, I should be thanking them though because the severance and time off during the holidays along with a ticket out of hell is beyond awesome!! Especially when my former coworkers who i keep in contact with are miserable and are wishing they got a severance and out of Whole Hell
because Dave Lannon is a fat load, and Ken Meyer looks like he has a ferret head...seriously so NA for example has 6 coordinators in grocery, VP's, Rick Bonin as a regional president then they have the global presidents.....ughhhhhhh sooooooo much hot air filled egos...no wonder the company is going down like the Hindenburg!!!
