Most team leaders should be fired. They make far too much money to spend 40 hours a week writing the schedule, and never even showing up to work.

I'd suggest letting go of all but three Team Leads per store. It's working in the smaller MA stores, and it will work in the larger ones too because these people don't do anything but write up people for not working fast enough when, instead of writing them up they could be WORKING ALONGSIDE THEM but wait that's asking too much now isn't it

I don't want to name names but the main people who seem unnecessary are the various vice-presidents of the regions. Like why does each region need a "vice president of purchasing." ?? Why not have one company-wide VP of purchasing and get rid of the other 12? If your job consists of traveling around to stores watching other people work, and passing along info sent to you by higher ups at global, and passing messages received back up to global, YOU ARE A WASTE OF SPACE.

both RVPs in the MA should go. Sam Park is useless. He doesn't do anything. His store "visits" are planned according to what city the sports events he wants to attend are in, so the company pays for travel. Or when he wants to go get drunk with Anthony Capuano and other "favorites"

Julia Obici is not as bad, and she actually does work hard, but she is in a position to cut regional costs and spends so much. Her people skills need some working on.

First Sam Park. Ive even heard him say myself he doesn't know what he does. Second, Julie Obici. She may be a hard worker and has a great attention to detail but her irrational store spending is what is ruining our region. Whole Foods is far too top heavy. Regional marketing teams have no communication with other teams. In trac doesn't even work. Products dont scan at register regularly.
