Most of the "all star" winners simply know how to play the game by lying and cheating their way to the top. The entire process is a complete joke.

This "All Star" business has become a joke, a tool, a reflection of the sick culture based on some of the recipients chosen and some of the highly deserving who have, interestingly, been completely ignored.
@0977 - well done! Congratulations on winning REGIONAL ALL STAR, then your services are no longer required. All sarcasm aside, it does make me feel a little better that their asinine cuts are illogical and counterintuitive. Oh yes - do cut your seasoned, experienced producers that would've saved your company and watched your back.
I was laid off, and won regional all star for a second time 2013 and now again in 2015...painful and ridiculous that they would let those of us laid off actually get regional all star!
Brown nosing and cutting corners...
I'll bet Nona and Flash sweep the All Star categories for the SW. They are most deserving of their own praise.
Super lame
Where can we find the list of regional all Stars for the SW Region? Can someone post them here?
Of course there would be some All-Stars that were laid off! So does Regional call them back, honor them at the All Star dinner, give them a plaque and bonus for work well done!? Hilarious!
What's really cringeworthy is that some of the recipients on the list have already been laid off...
another waste of time and energy project.
I hope Tim Martin gets grocery all star
Favoritism is alive and well. Some are well deserved but others, not so much.
