I feel stuck and need a change, but having a bachelor's and supervisory experience doesn't seem to mean anything. You need master degrees, certifications or experience. How can you ever get experience, when entry level spots don't pay a liveable wage? Feeling like I'm going to waste away in a grocery store forever, one where the perks are becoming less and less. Frustrated :(

Actually a bachelors degree does mean something, it means a lot. Lots of jobs require a minimum of a bachelors, it shows you are capable of learning. Don't sell yourself short.
One learns a ton of TRANSFERABLE skills at the Wholemart. There are people out there that can help you look for work, etc.. They make a living helping folks in our situation. Go find them, I did. You are just feeling insecure, and your "monkey-mind" is telling you lies. I live near a good size city, there are tons of jobs out here, jobs and companies. I didn't even knew existed. It was time for me to get out of the fish bowl. Maybe it's time for you.
Don't want to come off as an asshole, but stop giving up. You clearly gave up if your working at WFM. Stop feeling helpless and start doing what's gonna get you to where you want to be. No one is going to hold your hand, sir.
my two cents - get any job in a tech company, suck it up for 6 months and you'll advance very quickly. food, retail, etc. all dead end jobs - go the tech route, as long as you are smart and you work hard you advance very quickly. just get in...
