Good, that's the way it should be, faceless, decisions based on nothing except their stupid system of metrics we know are completely objective in all affairs. Everyone knows talent planning is completely unbiased, lacking any favoritism towards the a$$ kissers vs those who actually do the work. That's pretty obvious, since we know band promotions never lean in favor of a$$ kissers vs those who actually produce. The only positive take away is those who are carrying the rest of the losers in this bank are that much closer to getting a package finally and hopefully diluting the talent of this stupid institution so that the only people left are the asskissers wondering why nothing is getting done. Duh. Bunch of dolts running this place.

Rumor has it even band 3 managers don't know who is being laid off, it's coming out of last years talent planning and HR
Too bad the bank didn't take a closer look into who they laid off and they rather keep the ones that don't want to work and want to be laid off..smart!! I was part of that 225 and gave the bank my everything! Followed every cheesy rule and requirement and worked honestly and hard for the bank and was shown appreciation by being laid off just after my best year end review no less. There is no way I was personally reviewed for this lay off. Karma and the media are real!!!!
