So many people are trying to jump ship like no man's business. Why is this company destroying morale like this? Just amazing ! You have some stores where people are working 60 hours per week but you still want to hire part timers. What Happened to work- life balance?

So lucky. I had been looking for a new job about a month before the news broke. Getting paid to leave made my job hunt much more productive. It was great!
Was VERY lucky to take the money and run. The only thing that I regret is making eye contact with everyone who still works there when I shop. I can see how they're suffering. This company is dying a slow death.
Yes I have found that the amount of work that gets left undone has really piled up. When you cut on your ordering to play catch up it's only a matter of time before too many out of stocks pop up. Loss of sales times two when guests don't find what they needed and they do not return. Too much work to get done. Even the hardest working tm can't shine in such an environment. It's always running here, there...the pace is crazy....anyways, yes, time to look for something new.
