Everytime I see that -team member happiness sign hanging "proudly" in the front of the store, I always try to come up with new ideas on how to destroy it.
Just go in do your shift and treat it like what it is its a job not anything remotely fulfilling.
Time to borrow another $1 billion so we can hand out more stock options to A.C. Gallo and all the regional royalty. They need to update their Delray Beach condos! The decor is so 2012.
It is really bad at my store also..and they cant keep enuff pt20s hired to staff the place.they all quit or get fired..#wholefail
