I was laid off in December by BofA so I can totally commiserate with how you feel right now; I'm not located in Jacksonville but I can offer some advice on how to find a good employment attorney since I've now had to hire TWO over the course of the past 10 years. The National Employment Lawyers Association is a great place to start: http://exchange.nela.org/home
From there you can check the ratings of the attorneys (or any for that matter) on Martindale Hubbard which is essentially the place lawyers go to research each other - if a lawyer needs a lawyer very often they'll use Martindale as a resource: http://www.martindale.com
If you really want to dig deeply set up an account with PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records); it's free, you just have to pay $0.10 page if you actually download any records. PACER is an electronic public access service that allows users to obtain case and docket information online from federal appellate, district, and bankruptcy courts, and the PACER Case Locator.
Once you get access:
• Click PACER case locator
• Click Civil courts
• Choose your region (if you click on MAP you’ll see the regions defined)
• Under “Nature of Suit” select 442 ‘Civil Rights: Jobs’
• Under party name enter ‘Bank of America’
Then go to town checking out all the different employee lawsuits filed against Bank of America in whichever district you entered. That’s how I found one of my lawyers.
I actually checked on the NELA site for a lawyer in Jacksonville for you - being that I'm currently employed thanks to BofA the least I can do is help someone who needs a lawyer because of BofA.
There's a lawyer named Scott Fortune based in Jacksonville. If you look under 'about our cases' there are several which are against 'financial firms'. Here's a link to his website:

Good luck!
