Risk Group lost 3 out 7 in our team.
1 in Charlotte, 2 Boston. 2 were Mywork...
The other was sitting next to me in Corp Center, but my manager has 3 postings.
It doesn't make any sense.

because the CEO is clueless about trading risk management etc. Only things related to this he knows lay off and keep doing that to survive.
Most likely those that got let go were making good money, usually folks with more tenure. I worked at boa until few months ago (left boa for a better opportunity). I'm sure boa's employee average age and tenure has been sloping down big time over the last year or so .. over cutting the workforce can be a dangerous strategy, but short term investors seem to like it...most likely in 2015 the bank's profit was up while net revenue was down simply b/c of extreme cost cutting to a large extent enabled by letting 10,000 employees go ... to sad, oh and the ceo got 3 million bump in compensation, so I guess he'll do it again in 2016 - that's easy money for him
I'm in risk (Los Angeles, mywork). Got let go today.
