Most people do not know how bad it is getting at BAC. They don't know about the plans to replace real people with ATMs. They don't know about the plans to focus on internet banking, with a support staff in India. I encourage everyone to leave notes at the branches for the public to read that explain what is really going on at BAC

Nimble, fast, easier, etc...that's fine. Moving all jobs off-shore..not fine. Funny that BoA doesn't realize its cutting its own throat since no one will have money to keep in a bank if we keep sending all of our jobs overseas. And don't give me the argument that it's saving the company from closing therefore saving jobs....the only jobs it's saving are the Executives getting million dollar bonuses.
People want banking to be made easier such as through their mobile device, online, and with atms. I haven't been into a branch in years. I can do 95% of my banking through my BofA app. Kudos to BofA for being nimble enough to change as we demand faster, easier, immediate banking options.

That sounds like a smart idea...in a room filled with more cameras than Hollywood. Sorry you got laid off, but if this is the game you brought every day, it may not be a surprise.
