Gig book is not in play for team members much anymore. At least not the part that hold WFM's Management accountable for anything. Just for when you don't have a cut glove or name tag. Seriously we all electronically signed a notification basically saying they can change the rules whenever they want and there isn't anything you can do about it.

Other companies actually pay far better than Wfm, especially with the experience. These folks only got away with good PR for a longtime on wages. Iam glad I left and making what I deserve than getting subjected to the abusive perception based job dialogue feedback.
NA is losing a store artist in each store an the meat and seafood departments are merging in stores under 400k. No severance. Not even a meeting to discuss things. Just be gone by September. The gig says severance should be paid in these types of situations. Are they ignoring their own rules? This is going to bring a lot of bad press and probably a lawsuit.
