to the comments that HR is trolling these websites, I guess my question is who cares? they can't do anything anyway's.........HR is in the same boat as all of us, they are on the chopping block as well, my direct HR LOB represent was severed as well, so what does that tell you?
Well now..... You don't know much, do you? Pittsburgh trained in Texas and they are going strong. They are collecting credit card delinquencies. Mortgages are a thing of the past there. They are going to have jobs from now until....................forever. They are smart and know how to run the business they do. Give it to them and they will do it!!!!! They aren't afraid of work. 23 years and I was terminated for bogus reasons, no severance, anyone want to talk class action?
In your severance package you sign a contract saying you can't talk badly about the bank, so why would anyone want to add their names here just to lose their severance. Instead of asking why folks won't add their names, ask why the company refuse to be honest with their employees. Stop treating people as just pieces on a chess board.
Agreed, HR is playing games on this website. I will not hire former BAC employees if they are from HR and confirmed handshake with others tweeters on this point.
