Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

If you are cross training lower-level employees or training brand new ones, it's safe to say, you are grooming your replacement.

Shortly after, when your department gets extremely busy and the following Tuesday your department will be laid off. With severence packages "handed out" on Wednesday.

This is more likely to happen sooner, the longer you've been working for the bank. Apparently Bank of America ABSOLITELY DOES NOT VALUE WORK ETHIC OR QUALITY, L IN THE MIDDLE CLASS. $55,000-75,000 SALARIES that have been earned by DECADES of quality hard work and dedication.

Well now..... You don't know much, do you? Pittsburgh trained in Texas and they are going strong. They are collecting credit card delinquencies. Mortgages are a thing of the past there. They are going to have jobs from now until....................forever. They are smart and know how to run the business they do. Give it to them and they will do it!!!!! They aren't afraid of work. They aren't afraid of change. The rest of you just don't have the balls to take on new projects. Pittsburgh has the BEST employees on the Bank of America map. Face it, you don't have a job because you didn't have the ooooompfff to get r done. Pittsburgh did and always will. No lazy slugs there. You can count on it. Pittsburgh has excelled ............ In all ways and always!!!!!!!! So don't cry over spilled milk because Pittsburgh can do it and does it. Stop whining. Boo hoo. Go for it and you will get it.................. PITTSBURGH did!!!!!

Also watch your back... expect others to throw you under the bus.

Keep your friends close and your enemies even closer... or was that the other way around....

Also, if you are training your existing coworkers on aspects of the work you are currently doing, just in case you get hit by a bus, you should also start preparing your resume ...your bus is coming!
