That doesn't even sound like a real Team Member wrote that. It reads as a publicity fluff piece. Eh, since WFM can buy their way into Forbes - why wouldn't they manufacture their "ideal" TM? It's just funny that this fictional person "quit", and why!

Huh. So this sponsored article can't even mask the reality of how working anything less than FT (unless you want to of course) isn't worth losing the benefits.

Yes I read the article. Just another way of WF trying to shine some positive light on them. Well it won't work. Everyone knows what a piece of sh-- WFM is to work at. I am looking for my way out. I can't wait for that. Since what I read here and the word from my store it look like we are not going to get any severance pay. Wish I was offer one at round one lay-offs.
