Loosing 20 MML's in our region. Should be interesting to see how the remaining team handles workload with less. Our stores sales continue to go down, another competitor moving in down the street. Same psychopathic bullies "leading" the store. Dispicable. This company is a joke. Culture gone. It's a haven for the mentally disordered to abuse ethical passionate talented people.

Is it true... I heard SOPAC is no offering severance this time around? Which regions are and which aren't, sounds like time to get the news and lawyers...

As a former TM who had this option, I would advise you to TAKE SEVERANCE AND RUN. Please. So many other hardworking TMs were NOT offered this as an option. It is money being offered to you while you get to decide where you want to work next. THINK ABOUT IT AND THEN TAKE IT. It's a gift at this point. Do not be naive.
Per usual ass backwards. Would seem more beneficial to have interviews first to relieve anxiety and then this would give team members that were not selected a clearer idea of either accepting severance or finding another position. Then again glad their actually honoring the interview process vs. a popularity contest like the last round.
Not sure about other regions but there are only 1-2 FT positions posted. No TL jobs even available. Suppose this is just Wfm way to squeeze blood from a turnip.
Interviews BEGIN May 2nd! Let's pickle in our own juices of anxiety until those interviews. If you don't get the marketing position, then you have to try to get a team leader position of a product team. IF you don't get marketing or another position, then there is severance. My anxiety gets worse with each passing day, but we were told to act like "business as usual." They are driving their business into the ground. I'm obviously looking for another job to escape the #WholeHellHole

SoPac MMFTLs are going to a 4 store to 1 marketing TL. Sent us a list of TL positions in other departments to apply to, but how do you apply with no experience?
