My CS TL has had nothing but problems with it so far it just throws team members in random short shifts and has been just a nuisance so far.

Gx0vUu9-pcd, I left my old store last year. I know TLs and ASTLs who are actively looking for something else, and they are not exactly being discrete about it.
I am hearing that San Antonio will be the first metro to try it out (first in SW). This should be happening very soon.
If this "tool" allows no room for a personal life and all are at the mercy of Kronos' calculations then this company will lose a bunch of people.
If Fayetteville is the way of the future for WFM it's gonna be ugly. That store just opened and already the ship is sinking.
In fact, Colleyville, Highland Village and Uptown are the worst new stores to come to light in the past couple of years. They are failures -or examples....of how the future looks for a seasoned, tenured Team Member.
I like to stay positive in life in general. Talking negatively all of the time is,I believe, detrimental to a good life. Having said that I think the best thing for anyone to do is to plan on an exit strategy. Your Team Leaders are likely looking as well....believe me...
It should be by the end of 2016. They were supposed to already roll it out for grocery and whole body by January, but like many many things at whole foods it got pushed back.
