Sadly we are starting to see some of the truly talented leave, as per usual those with options use them. Wake up BAC the crappy environment is going to run off everyone that is worth a damn! It's not 2009 and there are actually jobs out there!

So true! My department has had terrible losses, they're losing the gifted ones. They're all seeking outside jobs that actually offer security. It's either that or stay and risk getting axed :(
