Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

GTO Hiring Strategy

Based on the recent announcement of three deep employees, GT&O is making good on their commitment to staff almost exclusively from BACI.

At the management level, 57% are Indian.

At the 2 down, 48%

At the 3 down, 49%.

Good for my Indian co-workers, not so good for me.

@HNpEcQB-2wwr - hence Brexit. In an effort to preserve the dignity of political correctness, the bank issued a hate speech directive for the word Brexit when talking with clients. Quoting the article; One person said the bank’s advice was “not an attempt to muzzle or control staff” but rather an effort to avoid the limelight and respect UK electoral law. BofA declined to comment. Of course they did.

Cabal, illuminati, etc, globalism is real, and some of it is out in the open for all to see, conspiracy theories aside. For example, Council on Foreign Relations is extremely proud of the work they do, no matter how offensive a red blooded constitutionalist American might find them, they are very open about their agenda, tri-lateral commission same deal. While they are globalists do have a public face, I also believe that there are different factions of globalism, not unlike different world religions. So, I think Blacklist probably represents a somewhat accurate potrayal of different warring factions of globalist agendas, for I believe much of what they do is done behind closed doors exercising different political forces that they deem convenient for their particular agenda. One thing they all have in common is an end goal of they are top dog, and they all desire the destruction of the experiment in self determination that was the united states of america. Self-Determination and liberty has no place in any globalist agenda.

The "Bilderberg Group" meeting is taking place as we speak. Its a annual meeting where CEO's, government officials, and academia come together to discuss how they can advance the globalist agenda behind closed doors.

I think of the globalists like the cabal on the show "Blacklist".

Agree with those positive sentiments 100%, however, I would worry for Mr. Trump's personal safety. Globalism is not a US only objective and the powers behind it are great and long standing. Becoming an actual threat to that agenda in actions more than just words could significantly shorten his life span.

I have nothing against other nationalities but want to point out you don't see Americans going to other countries to take their jobs. It is good to see the nationalist movement getting stronger in America thanks to Mr. Trump. I hope the H1B program is eliminated.

“No country has ever prospered that failed to put its own interests first. Both our friends and our enemies put their countries above ours and we, while being fair to them, must start doing the same. We will no longer surrender this country or its people to the false song of globalism. The nation-state remains the true foundation for happiness and harmony. I am skeptical of international unions that tie us up and bring America down and will never enter.” Donald Trump

Hope someone from BOA senior management and HR read this site and are actively working to help make America great again.

The Indians started slowly coming to Plano earlier this year. So yeah now if you look in the cafeteria. It is full of them. But where do they go after they eat? Secret room? Secret Training? Oh wait. That's right. They are going to take over our jobs.

It's greed, it's lack of innovation... old dinosaurs don't know how to evolve... they hang on to their power, the status quo, by rigging the game... for the rest of us -Indians and Americans both, it's a race to the bottom.

For US citizens education has virtually nothing to do with keeping a job. Equally or better educated Americans will be tossed to the curb and replaced with H1Bs. Education yourself, learn some good grammar, and yes, Indians are effectively stealing jobs already held.

I'm not from India but why don't you ask the bank to answer your question? I'm happy for those who accepted a job offer. On this site there are too many ignorant ppl making comments of "..Indians stealing our jobs. ." Education yourselves and learn how to keep your job.

Ironic but over the past month literally the cafeteria eating area in Plano is nothing but Indians. Not sure what changes have taken place but they are in full force here! Not being racist it was purely an observation as not long ago there weren't that many at this location.

Could one of our Indian ambassadors who love to discuss American politics please explain how this is NOT racism?
