We need some inspiration & appreciation for the opportunity we have had while working at BAC. What are the benefits of BAC layoff? A change in career direction? Another opportunity?
Although, the company appears to be in a downward spiraling sinking ship. We don't have to stay on the ship. All we can do is control what is within in our own control. BAC has many talented people who genuinely care. Unfortunately, in recent years many seem to be fighting to keep their roles or use power over others or to prove their own self worth. In the end, does it matter to keep a job if who we have become is to knock others down to climb the ladder? Legacy BAC had visions such as doing the right thing, inspiring others, team work, trust and power in it's people. The company may have lost the vision because the profits are sinking or perhaps because of greed. As associates at BAC, we don't have to join the crowd. The company has turned into an unfortunate working environment. I think each of us can do one thing positive each day to show those legacy BAC visions that many of us believed to be our own. A kind word, a nice gesture, a smile -- at least to each other to help us all get through the day. Let's not let what is happening with BAC make us into bitter associates. While we are on the ride, let's offer up all these irritations as gifts of gold for each other or as prayers. There will be nothing worse if we loose who we are for a job or a company. So, what are the upsides of a BAC layoff? Anyone?
