You would think all the activity in Plano, Addison and FTW would trigger..
BAC is tricky in how they manipulate division and groupings to avoid WARN notice. WARN comes into play when you eliminate so many jobs in an area with in X number of days. Under WARN, 60 days advance notice of your job being eliminated is required.
No WARN needed if the number of layoffs do not meet a certain threshold
