And they will be CRMs.They will get paid $26/hour.Of course they wont have the vacation,sick time and benefits pay.Talking about cutting corners.Once the collection call crisis is over,they will be let go,like the ones before.Its hell here in Addison!Half of the staff is on LOA,and the other one doesnt show up to work.They want to force us to leave,so they dont have to give us the package.And this is all CRMs We are doing job for 3 people,and paid for one.Other collection sites got let go and we are taking their calls now.And now they are hiring for the same position that whole teams got let go? Lets see the July 1bonus how mich will be.Management doesnt even know that.Lots of people will be leaving after that.Time for new company.

Wait until they see the quality and loyalty they get from contractors. There are a couple people I know who worked there as contractors and they hated it. If you think they treat employees poorly, the contractors are subhuman in their eyes. They'll walk as soon as something better comes along.
