So happy I found this site. The information here has solidified my ongoing suspicions. If we just pay attention, none of this would be a surprise. Had this impromptu call for a streamlining of our process. Only a FOOL would not know what that call really meant. No surprise here. Just holding out until the end; whenever that may be.
When there are multiple meetings to streamline or how to make the process better. Look out. Your replacement is already there just waiting in the wings learning to do your job. Good luck everyone. The big one is coming.

I'm sorry, I'm done..I've towed the party line through all sorts of crap, done the right thing, whipped people and processes into shape, dealt with inadequate systems provided by vendors that we take on, the business model and the operation make no sense, bad decisions all around, people may criticize me for this ..but please include me in the next round..my feelings will certainly be hurt...but this is truly the definition of insanity!
June has been more than rumored, actually discussed as something expected to be meaningful, since the beginning of the year. As such, I would expect it to be the most substantial job action of the year to date. Only time and this forum will tell.
We flattened last ,onto but didn't have layoffs, may be delayed because we had people out of the office
I've started to see more flattening of the organization so all teammates report to one manager "on paper". Has been a sign in the past that they are prepping for layoffs. Haven't heard any rumors about layoffs though, other than on this site.
Confirmed by hr, layoffs occur the first and third Wednesdays of the month, next layoff date is 6/22 Wed
I've heard in the wind there will be some around 6/29
