"If it is not on hold, it has slowed down significantly because of issues with space. The only places with room to accommodate people returning from program is Texas. Everywhere else is full or already committed. Means that until they make more space (ie lay more people off since acquiring real estate space is not an option) MW people can expect to stay at home for the foreseeable future."

As someone formerly in middle management I can tell you something many of you already know, but I don't see mentioned here. While space is maxed out right now at most, if not all, BoA facilities those who are in the MyWork program cannot post for new roles. As MyWork employees leave (Like I just did Friday) their replacement job postings are NOT MyWork eligible. So, that pressure alone pushes the MyWork Headcount lower and lower. As the people in the program shrink it makes it easier to cut them wholesale, or wholesale in a given region. The last rumor's I heard from sources I'd deem more credible were that it was being determined which regions of the country could have MyWork vs. those that can't. So, maybe Wyoming is not allowed, whereas previously there were really no rules if your manager was cool with it, but say VA is ok because the bank has a presence in the DC area. So, that's hypothetical not based on info, but I think it's a fair reasoning of what could happen. The question is simply on what timeline. What rules do they come up with. It's clear that GT&O's senior leadership rips the program.
My work is definitely dwindling and real estate capacity is limited. The only way to reduce both programs is to eliminate head counts. Beware the idea of March.
I know space it's in fact limited that's why it's partially on hold, there are people on my team that should have moved back but were placed on hold....Not sure how long this on hold will last however
