Investors are voting on management right now. When will shareholders demand that these greedy clowns be FIRED? Oops I forgot, the company gets a low grade on the independence of its Board of Directors so we know they won't do jack squat. Guys, when you're in a hole, STOP DIGGING. You have failed to provide a bridge to the future because you expanded too rapidly and neglected the foundation of a successful operation which is consistent planning from store to store and region to region, careful thoughtful expansion to take advantage of logistical proximity to warehouses, constant updates to technology infrastructure and nurturing a deep back bench of talent based on MERIT not who was someone's college buddy or girlfriend or who sings the best karaoke. Now it's too late because you got rid of all the people who knew how to make the doughnuts. You're running a business. Oh wait, we tried for 10 years to tell you that. What's the use...resign in disgrace and get it over with. Stop opening new locations, stop the embarrassing charade that is the TJ's cheap knockoff concept and for crying out loud, just quit. Go away.

Better lay off more people and combine more departments! Quick! Dissolve Team Leader positions and get rid of all the buyers! Yeah, that'll help. This company is laughable. How is it that the leadership is allowed to stay? Do you want to know how to straighten out this mess in 2 steps? 1. You pay your best workers very well so that they stay, You invest in them so they will work hard for you and motivate the others. Bring back the passion that is completely gone for everyone. 2. You trim the regional fat. This is very simple for leaders who are not blinded by greed and only worried about lining their own pockets.
