How are all you team leaders feeling about taking on the PBS role of orientating new team members?

SOPAC: How is it going with one TMSG responsible for multiple locations? Are the TMSG ok with this arrangement?
Whole Disaster.
SoPac has switched over to the TMSG model, salaried TMS spread over multiple stores.
Team leaders do more for no more pay. That is kind of the recipe for losing all talented people that can go elsewhere. This company is hilariously incompetent.
PBSs will be completely gone by next year. Take that to the bank.
Our PBS doesn't have time to do it anyways. She's running payroll for two stores so someone from regional does it. So they're either going to cut the regional person, or the PBS role will be shrunken even more?
