Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

My Work - Is it true that MyWork is entirely eliminated or it depends on LOB..?

I see some folks mentioning MyWork is no more an option.

However , The Bank website still maintains that MyWork and Flexible Location options are still available.I am Confused.

Do we have any reliable source about this...?

It has not been cancelled it's based on your role and if you are in a position that requires to be in the office or not and/or if you are within a certain radius of a large site office. If not you can remain. The move to being folks back in has been frozen as mentioned . That is what we were told in a town hall recently.

I have heard the push to return has stopped... Maybe they ran out of space, maybe enough people quit. I have also heard that those working remotely are still considered low hanging fruit for picking during future layoff rounds.

You never know, being called back in may be a blessing... A 40 hour work week vs. a 60 to 80. All the contractors leave by 4:15 to catch the bus. MyWork folks are still answering emails at 8 pm.
