Some regions are acting now...ahead of schedule. New stores are already combined as they open across the board. Most regions will experience the change through attrition. North Atlantic is on a mission to do it first and fast. I think SoPac is also on it's own schedule. SW region is safer than most for now.
Someone posted a schedule on a previous discussion bulletin. Do your research, all of us will be affected one way or another.
N. FL region. Have been told August for combined Grocery, Whole Body, and Specialty. Prep Foods absorbs Bakery. Prep Foods also takes the Beer/Wine Bar from Specialty in March. Produce stays autonomous. Meat/Seafood was already combined long ago.
We have no idea what we're doing! Weeee!!!
