The management in Mortgage is really bad & partial. I did see their worst decisions coming from top management where it didn't make any sense. After successful implementation of 2 projects on a tool, they switched to another tool because one of the senior manager wanted that tool. It means they started the project again in another tool which was a wastage of huge amount already spent

Indians qualify as a diverse group and hence are replacing others to bump up the diversity ration artificially. This has nothing to do with immigration! The Indians being hired are not all H1b. Try to follow the thread carefully and avoid throwing up smoke screens in that Democrat way! Again, this is not an immigration issue!
Hmm if this were about diversity, then they wouldn't hire their own... Diversity means men hiring women or colored people hiring whites. If Indians are hiring Indians , that's immigrants watching out for their own..it's not diversity.
I know it's hard to understand and accept another person's view point but try it sometime! It's what I've been saying all along, the Democrats cannot accept another viewpoint! Read what I've been saying - not all the replacements are H1b and cheaper but they are all Indians! Try to follow the point about Diversity and don't use the Democrat way of just ignoring or creating a smokescreen to smother someone else's viewpoint.

Racism is whenever one group is favored over another for any reason whether it's "supposedly" for positive or negative reasons - period.
I think you are naive. I'm not angry with the 1%. I am angry with what's happening around me. I've just seen half my department replaced by Indians for no other reason than satisfying Diversity numbers. I have no issues with H1b people, I do have issues when it's used to satisfy this racist Diversity policy.
The reason we have h1b are because of profit motives, not diversity. Do immigrants tend to hire and promote their own? Yes..that is human nature... No political party forced them to do that. It happens ,kind of like the way rich people get their kids great internships and slots in ivy schools.. they all play golf together. Has nothing to do with diversity. You have a very simplistic understanding of how the world works. You need to be angry at the 1%, and the people they bought.
You're right both parties are "bad" in respect to profits, the Democrats are just worse in this case as they promote a "fake" form of Diversity along with it. For example, instead of empowering local people they prefer to just import diversity which is quite a strange idea but it does make the numbers which are those sacred diversity ratios which is a horendous form of racism in itself!
That is neither Republican nor Democratic... That is greedy rich people.. they don't care about diversity.. they care about their profits... the 1% making money off your back. Neither party has the clout to go up against them. They are bought and paid for. If you think either party is different in that respect, you are very naive.
That's the point, try to think broadly - it's the Democrat policies that are triggering the current culture of layoffs at the bank whereby they are making it easier to import and encourage cheaper labor from India at the expense of local employees. This satisfies the Democrat goals of increasing Diversity and bolstering profits at the banks which are huge Democrat supporters and donors. The displaced workers are then barely taken care of with the sparse welfare that they espouse.
Noone is labeling it racist.. they are just incoherent and don't make sense... What does a political party have to do with the upper management making bad decisions? If anything, they are Republicans, but even so, that is irrelevant.
This is a classic example of the "Democrat Way" - If you don't agree with someone or you disagree with a comment, stifle it by telling them to shut-up or just label it racist!

That's OK, layoffs fix EVERYTHING! Need more money for a project, LAYOFF. Need to show quick improvement to Wall Street, LAYOFF. Spouse wants a new car or big trip, LAYOFF. Bored sitting in your Ivory Tower, LAYOFF. It's an easy fix for all your problems.
