Yep!! I just got mine!! 250 hours!! If you are smart you will get fired for absences .. Take your payout and unemployment !
You will get your vacation days paid out during the last paycheck the company gives you regardless if you quit or if you're separated. But make damn sure to check that last paycheck closely. One of the people who quit around the same time I did last year DIDN'T get his vacation hours on his last check and had to battle with the TMSS to get it. It wound up taking a few months for him to get his last payout.
Yes regular paid time off, not sick or floating days
are paid out at term, regardless of reason, as the sob is currently written. taxes are much higher than regular pay.
