Any idea if company is planning layoffs here? Are they staying in NJ?

If you are an on-shore resource than you have nothing to worry about. If you are an American citizen than be worried. The bank should show the numbers of employees laid off vs the number of jobs that have been replaced by on/off shore resources. They should be made to justify why they cannot find the same talent using American citizens.
