Anybody know when the CD/IRA Dept. is laying off again this year or next year?

Forget moving to Richmond a lot NY guys had to, soon they will be gone as well. Not need for network support anymore !
They all get on their knees and will sell their sole for the almighty dollar. Men are not men anymore just little b--ches on their stupid conference calls getting nothing done !
Makes sense, except now they are trying to fire good associates, to save money and not give you that severance package. They make up any little thing to put you in the process to getting you fired. HR will not do anything for you...it seems they know which dept is getting the boot, so when the associate calls, they just tell the associate there's nothing they can do about them and or their team.
You even have to ask if there are going to be more layoffs in Global Technology and Operations? LOL. This is the world of Cathy Bessant and her merry band of sociopaths. If Brian Moynihan asks for 10 people to be cut, Cathy and her team will happily deliver 15 heads on a platter so they can rate themselves E/E and maximize their bonuses. Her HR toadies will bow and scrape at her feet and game the system to justify cutting good people. You did not know it when you interviewed, but this is the reality for which you signed up when you joined BofA. Just be sure to lie and say nice things on the Employee Satisfaction Survey or it will come back to bite you. They will use the business unit and demographic information to hunt you down if you are negative. I have seen the survey results at a very high level. Do not believe their anonymity lie.
GTO, remember just because the senior managers are in the positions they are in doesn't mean they know what they are doing. It's a good ol boys club and covering each other's rear ends.
All in all this place is a toxic gutter to work in.....amen to that brother
The status of the Vodaphone roll back into the bank is underway - except its a big disaster - a upper management disaster. As usual no documentation was obtained by the bank from Vodaphone or very little - big risk to bank overall - but lets not tell the business units - so shut up and just do the job - the usual reply no matter what a disaster it is. Lets just make sure somehow that the dashboards show green status on the project - even if we have to lie... All in all this place is a toxic gutter to work in... We required some staff to relocate to Richmond and when they did not we layed them off - except for a few of the chosen ones - who live out of state - we kept them... If you are not in the click - who hides info from upper management - and dump their work off on others who are too dumb to ask the right questions to understand what is happening you are screwed. I hope one of my new job offers comes in soon so I can move far away from this place!
