ASTL TL Regional Global

We know you guys troll this site. What's your input on these post? Or do you even give 2 f----. Probably not since the recent changes don't effect you physically or financially. You still make your 6 figure salary plus bonuses. But i could be wrong...

Pay scales for all store positions are available to search and find on the WFM sharepoint. If you don't have access you can ask your PBS. STLs can start around 70k and top out around 150k for base salary. Bonuses are not included in that figure, but just like we're not receiving much gainsharing these days, the ASTL/STLs are not receiving much (if any) EVA bonus.

If you are not on the RVP favorites list you are doomed in the SW Region! Just look at the latest batch of STLs hired. Do they still have a RP in the SW?

Area Coordinators in Grocery....what do they do? With the exception of Joel Crounse in the SW Region, all the other ACs, what do they do? Seems the regional buyers do a lot more and have more interaction than the ACs. Joel stands alone as being approachable and interested in store dynamics. We have one AC who insists he's gawd's gift to grocery...a left-over from the days of massive ego-driven drunken yahoos who once upon a time ran things.

Ah...feels good to vent.

I envision A.C.'s duties being split up between TLs, Astls, and STLs.

One can only dream...just leave Joel alone. He's golden.

They definitely 6 figures....it's a sad state of affairs for this company....I think the regional offices should start looking at these coordinators that can't coordinate & start shaving the unnecessary weight...

STLs pay range is $45 to $65 per hour based on 80 hours work week - do the months. I also thing this range varies from region to region. Expect more in regions with high cost of living.

If coordinators have half their stores missing gross margin they should be put on final. Period.

Everyone who isn't a regional EC, Vice President, or President is going through the same things. Jobs are being cut at every level and the ones who are left have to pick up the slack. Look at how much turnover the regional office has had recently.

The global crew started at the stores to try and make up for their failures first. When that wasn't enough, they moved to regional. We are all one team and all of us are being screwed over. Don't get mad at people who are going through the same things you are.

So you're saying we should feel sorry for them because now they have to actually work for their money...a restructured bonus is different than no bonus at all. Tm's gainsharing doesn't exist anymore in my store. If tms don't get one, SL shouldn't either. We're one big team right? Yeah, bulls--t.

I'm not one of the listed positions above...but, I'm pretty sure the STL and ASTL are feeling the heat. I know ASTL bonuses have been restructured. STLs have to deal with Regional ECs who have unrealistic expectations with the amount of labor given to them. I know regional coordinators are being consolidated, which means more work. Agreed, these positions make good money, but to say they are unaffected is not an accurate statement.

I'm not sure what region you're in but I'm pretty sure you're STL and/or Regional President makes 6 figures or more. Do some research.
