Don't trust your STL. They say one thing and do another. Believe me..I know.

Out stl is a monster. Bully and steals company time. Never at the store. Unbelievable. This is just the tip of the ice berg
Here is less labor Now get everything done. And take all these new teams and figure out how to make it work immediately Now do it all for no pay increase. Bye bye good TLs! Hello Costco and TJs! This all seems like a practical joke.
How about one that promises you one thing and changes his story a few days later.
I'd rather have that than one that makes sh-- up to save his a--.
Ours jumped ship to a competitor, and was replaced by someone who could probably recite the GIG book word for word.
Quarry has had a rash of awful STL's that inspire distrust and frustration across the board. If they wanted to intentionally completely turn over the whole, well I guess they did a great job, give them a raise. ftw
We have some real non-critical thinking "yes men" as STLs in the florida region.you should have seen the rigged interviews for the FTL and SBE stores...
Awesome STL in Austin. Same family vibe in store. Uncertainty is always a given in life. How a person responds to change is totally up to the individual.
STL at Rocky River is a GREAT Guy!
Definitely not our STL.....
Same here. Thought you could be from my store, but we only have one ASTL.
Glad to hear some positivity.
Leadership: How dare you mention labor? Follow me to the back!
Leadership: Why isnt this done?
Team members: Why did you butcher our labor?
Nutzos
Same with your TMSL. They act like they're listening to your concerns, but they will twist anything you say into a write up. If you complain to them that you can't get everything done or take breaks due to labor cuts & being understaffed, you will be written up a few days later for performance based solely on what you said when asking for help. There is no "open door policy," don't trust anyone in leadership, they got there by being willing to lie and screw over TMs. Nothing but a bunch of sociopaths and sycophants.
Yeah, I had a moment of weakness and I am paying dearly for it now.
Uh, yeah. We know.
This has been true since about 2009..remember when they laid off some people back then?
