BofA within GT&O is a joke. If the stockholders knew how the technology sector was run and managed within the bank things would change. Managers in charge just hide all the risks... lie on the monthly metrics and hide impacting incidents from the business units as well as senior management.
If everyone really realized how many risks are hidden - things might change. However its all a big smoke screen...
