They set you up so that they can get rid of you easily as a cashier anyway. Till sharing and point sharing for an uneven till should be illegal. How can they fire you for something they can't even prove you did? It used to be that before and after a shift you counted your own till and signed for how much money there was. Now even if you use a money pen on a couple territory bill and it shows it is real and it turns out to be fake you still get points for it. Cashiering is awful now. I am so stressed every day. Didn't get points for years and years and now I get them on a semi regular basis. They won't tell you who else was in a till that day at all so that they have all the power. It is awful. Your past means nothing even if you were 99% perfect tills before. They just want to be able to fire old timers and hire pt'ers for less.

Did anyone notice target is getting self checkouts to lessen labor. With cashiers the turn is so high there would never need too be layoffs, just not replacing as they leave. If you make the cashiering shifts short and busy with no breaks , harp hazard scheduling and limited hours you can have the entire team at entry pay in less than a year.,.
Happiness=compliance, now...
They'll let a bunch go after the holidays than a few more if they dont get with the program. You have to follow the ever changing concept of what they perceive to be team member happiness.
DONT TRUST THE OPEN DOOR POLICY
They wont get rid of cashiers.they dont get paid enough.but front end tl,atl,and supervisors and cash up team members better watch out
