3 Global Vice Presidents join WFM

You know it's a dark day when a company hires very senior officers from Walmart. Watching carefully!

How will bringing in top brass from Walmart ( who are probably being grossly overpaid) accomplish anything? These people don't know how to do anything except try and turn WFM, or what's left of it, into a poor imitation of Walmart. The world doesn't need another Walmart. These vultures are just there to collect a few obscenely large paychecks and then leave the carcass of Whole Foods to rot.

Bringing more 'generals' on board in order to win a losing battle! What a waste of resources when you need troops on the ground! What do we know?

Walmarts been picking at wfm for years..that whole good organics crap/usda organic stuff was us lobbying congress to pass some rules to scare them from handling organics.they bought one of our organic orange farms years ago and it scared the crap outta mackey.so he went a'lobbyin with margaret wittenberg..later when we bought wild oats, walmarts was behind that whole anti-trust suit..i think they have wanted a high end option to go along with their low end options..now look at us.
