LAYOFFS IN PLANO

Heard Default and Underwriting got hit this morning with layoffs, but wasn't told a headcount. Also heard all of Quality Assumption is gone and work being transistioned to India.

Work from our area is going over there now too.. #AmonCarter.. not all, but some it.. i'm guessing all of it will soon tho.. hopefully b4 the holidays

They actually do not lay you off when you are on short term disability but the day you are back you would be gone, as for long term leave, they can let you go while you are on leave.

Yes..if they prove your job would have been removed during a layoff process regardless ( your whole team gets laid off,etc), then you can get laid off as well with no legal repercussions to the bank.

(This was in response to the person who asked if they can lay you off when you are on leave or on Disability )
