Why is it when they "remodel" they make sure the managers offices are taken care but never the tms break room? Which looks like a storage/biohazzard room?

From my experience working in a store during a remodel or updates, it seems the store leadership has a say in where some of that money is spent. Perhaps with some guidance from regional? But I'm not sure how other regions work though.
They're doing our break room. But we'll see if the faulty equipment and infrastructure gets a face lift too. Anyone want to wager?
