Agree. It is getting harder everyday to come to work. There is no more for the associate or the client. Total embarrassment.
I hate to say it but I wish they would make it my reality, too much on the table to leave of my own accord. Praying for the strength to do so. This is no longer the company I signed up for. I'm embarrassed by the treatment our customers receive and the total leadership failure to do anything about it. Constant fire drills that result in little or if any improvement. It's totally uninspiring

The corp severance policy was changed on 8/15 to something vague and they removed the 2wks per yr allowance. The policy then reverted back to the previous verbiage of 2wks per yr on 8/25 and remains so to this day. It has always stated that they are discretionary. While the morality of not getting one could be brought into question, it is not set in stone that anyone will. The policy does in fact include a section regarding the refusal of job offers being grounds for not getting a package. More details are in order regarding this round of layoffs.
Theybwere told in feb that thier worknwould be automated and probably out by end of year but they thought with packages. They were given work notices begining of august that they would be let go but they can always apply for on phone collections. So no packagws also look at the employees severance package description changes made august 1st.
No packages??? WHAT? Are you serious? what kind of notice were these people given to not receive a package?
Process support from greensboro nc we told they would be laid off without packages. Some end of September, others end of October. I saw it coming. I quit about 5 months ago.
Curious.. In what location are you in? Do you have any details??? Where'd you hear this information?
