we need to do something to help our stls out. i know one that almost had to work 6 days the other week. luckily he convinced a TL work a 6th day and do a shifty shift instead.

most Astl's talk their butts off behind other people butts...but sure that takes work too...
well that's just how it works i guess... you do your time as an astl (which let's admit, those guys work their butts off) and eventually you'll earn your cushy stl gig and enjoy your life while earning your stupid quarterly cash bonuses that they think no one knows about
mine takes so many vacations its ridiculous!!! I'd take vacations too if i didn't have to burn up all my PTO working 30 hours weeks just to make labor.
It is the STL job to work whenever they have to. they are on salary they are also suppose to lead by example which not too many do.I have been in the company for years and I work for several store team leaders I don't have faith in any of them sorry, but they need to work and work as needed instead of using team leaders like trash and taking us for granted. We have enough to do and manage besides worrying about picking up shifts for them and helping them run the store I don't ever recall it being in my job description that I had to be a Shifty. So I don't feel sorry for them they knew what they were getting into they can't handle their duties then they shouldn't be in that position.
once mine almost had to clopen. she caused such a big stink saying "i shouldn't have to do this" so the astls had one of the tls clopen instead.
thank god, i would have felt such sorry for her having to be away from her family like that!!

I wanna give a shout out to my stl for leaving his phone for one sec to help a customer by telling another tl to take care of that customer. Kudos stl u make us all wanna follow ur lead. Ur leading by example is perfect!!! Where do i send $$$$?

No one and I mean NO ONE will ever top this story of dedication I am about to relay to you... My stl had to get carts.. YES I said it!! Get carts!! Obviously after that ordeal she went home immediately and we didn't see her for a week .. But the fact that she put herself out there knowing what the outcome might be .. It brings tears to my eyes.. And a pen to my checkbook ! Where do I send the cash?!?!
my stl had to open once on a sunday morning and miss church. poor thing. at least she didn't have to clopen though - i sleep well knowing that at least it didn't get that bad. where do i send money??
