Don't worry BAC will feel the effects of its actions in the future when they realize that relying on Indians wasn't such a good idea! Without going into too much details the following quote highights the issues:

Did not phase executive management. Do we really need these people employed?

Upper management very dumb or incompetent.

So what,

BAC has always performed it. You should quit before the training starts or at-least train them wrong.

No one is demanding labor laws change.
