Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

Being gamed out and in a consent state and own a phone. This is for you!!!!

According the BAC HR, if you want to prove you are performing your job as they game you out. do not email or print, simply take a picture with your personal phone. Wow that circumvents all security.

Two-party/all-party consent state, you can’t go into a interview or review with a recorder hidden in your pocket to tape your employer’s s-xual harassment or admission that they set you up. In a one-party consent state, as long as you are in the conversation you can tape it. You can’t stand in the shadows and tape a conversation you aren’t participating in to eavesdrop on what is being said. States that allow one party to consent are many such as North Carolina , South Carolina, West Virginia, New York, Georgia, and many more. Stick it back on them later with a lawyer. Do not bother notifying Human resources who will tip off your manager and will be wiser.

Yep, phones are banned for security reasons, they are very dangerous! Especially the old Samsung 7 could be used as an incediary device!

Chills run down HR backs as seen from one comment below (next opportunity our a--).

New public BAC lawsuits will also aid your side cases. Contact a professional lawyer immediately and do not listen to "want to be lawyers or para legals".

There is the law and the interpretation of the law based on ethics performed by judges. You will win!

Team up with prior layoff employees who you worked with.

Join together with your employee family. Call them now!!!

Together is better. Together is better. Together is better.

BAC executives, some low Management and also few security personnel carry firearms illegally into areas outside the main corporate headquarters (off site buildings). Illegal as it is, we allow it to continue.

All this is just one step away from being put on the "layoff list" and being cut at the next available opportunity! Would a settlement be bigger than the layoff package?

@KWv87nJ-sdd, what kind of case do you have when both you and your manager know that the review is bogus and aimed to get you eliminated or at least sidelined? How can you mitigate or at least prove malice or incompetence on the part of the manager involved who is intent on eliminating positions?

BAC normally settles lawsuits before they become public (as if it never happened). Very worthwhile keeping up on office games. Thank you

Unfortunately this is a game you can't win when you're in that position! The bogus performance reviews are irritating but just take it from where it comes from. Just be thankful that there are other companies out there where they actually employ honorable people.
