Came to store to say hello to regiona pres., and stl. Didn't do tour of store. Didn't even say hello to the backbone of the store-us tms. Does that speak volumes or what?

it's not about being ready for customers every day. it's about allowing the big wigs to see "normal" day to day operations running a bare bones staff with the miniscule labor (in the south anyway) we've been given, or allowing them to see the show we put on when we make sure to be fully staffed and lookin good on that particular day with early starts.

As a TL, I won't put in 1 extra hour due to his visit. Business as usual, his visit won't change my daily routine or standards. Who gives a damn what Mackie thinks on a tour like this?
