Earnings call question about TM

I loved how on the call the guy asked about how tm were taking to all the changes and asked how tm were doing. The first response didn't even address the caller's question...and the second responder gave typical wf bs answer. Why don't we answer the question for them. No one gets 40 hrs anymore. We are exhausted and tired of being written up for not getting our work done in a 5 hr day. We are sick and exhausted working with broken equipment....and dumb coked out leadership.

There won't be any severance this time around or going forward because by law severance only has to be offered once during a restructuring phase and they being corporate, used the severance clause already on the lowest paid members of the buying/leadership class i.e. the bulk/frozen-buyers/PBS/MTL etc...stupid stupid especially during the holidays trying to enact all this change

What are your sources for this? I know leadership at the top levels can't be trusted but an email went out recently about pay increases to Team Leaders who run multiple teams.

TLs are going to receive an offer similar to previous layoffs. take a huge paycut and stay on board, or leave with some cash. Next 180 days. Goal is to be in line with typical market manager pay at other grocers. No more $50k retail management jobs at wf unless you're stl level.
