they put out all this bulk PFDS, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, stuffing, etc....every year...in big containers, family size obviously...this year many have stickers on them that say "Easy Holiday Shortcut". Problem is, they ALL HAVE A USE BY DATE BEFORE THE ACTUAL HOLIDAY!!!! Why not wait a few days to make all of this stuff and then at least it will be a use by the holiday date or later. Every year, T-day, Christmas, Easter, the same stupid decisions. It'll all wind up on the hot bar for weeks after the holiday, so I guess it's not all shrink, but think about it from a selling perspective to the customer. Yeah, let me but this $14 container of mashed potatoes for the holiday that expire 3 days before the holiday....

I love leftovers...but not leftovers from an earlier sell-by date!
This post is worthless. Plenty of people are celebrating T-Giving with their families this weekend. Prep Foods will be receiving more deliveries of these prepack items every day between now and the actual holiday. No one is serving OOD holiday food to either customers or TMs.
We got shipped the mini-tabletop christmas trees on nov.10th..they be dried out and dead by dec.10th..great marketing by regional
First on the hot bar, then-food poisioning to whoever eats it.
